"Exclusive - perfect location"
I stayed at this brand new (opened this season) hotel in the end of June 2006. I got a room on the top floor (6th), which only seemed to have two rooms. This is not a big hotel, to its benefit. The atmosphere is really good. The elevator, really small and slow, only goes to the fifth floor, so the last stairs up to floor six had to be climbed. Every floor is locked, so you have to have a room card to enter both the floor and your room. Secure.
The rooms are of average good size, really tasty and bright, and this also goes for the bathroom. A lot of tiles and granite in the bathroom, imitated stucco and "medieval/modern" style in the main room. I liked it really well. The beds and linen are good, a flat screen TV up on the wall, and big closets for your clothes. You will find a safe for your valuables here. Quite unusual with a free minibar.
A couple of minor "bugs": The water _will_ end up on the bathroom floor when you take a shower, no matter what you do to prevent this. They will have to fix this sooner or later... The drying rack used for hanging your wet towels on, fell down from our wall, as a result of the screws in the wall not being of the right kind for a gypsum wall. But the helpful lady in the reception smiled and said "thank you for letting us know" when we told them at our departure - hopefully it is fixed by now.
The breakfast is served in a really tasteful restaurant, and the food itself is quite good. The hotel also has a very nice bar. If there is one thing this hotel deserves commendation for, it's the service. They will help you with everything, and always with both high spirits and a smile.
Conclusion: Apart from a couple of novice errors in the bathroom, I whole-hearted recommend this nice hotel - about one minute walking distance from the heart of the old town in Tallinn.

"Excellent hotel in great location"
Savoy Boutique Hotel is a quite small, newly opened hotel - perfectly located in the Old Town of Tallinn. I stayed here in October 2006 and I absolutely loved this hotel.
Ok, the room could have been bigger, but it was beautifully decorated, and it had everything we needed. The beds were large and comfortable, and there was a work desk and a seating area. Amenities included high-speed cable & wireless internet connection (which was free of charge), a flatscreen tv, and a minibar. (Unusually, the contents of the minibar (Orange juice, coke, beer, water, chocolate) were free of charge.) We were also provided with thick fluffy bathrobes, and slippers. All rooms are non-smoking.
Service was *very* friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was nice - and I *loved* the way the tables were set for breakfast!:o)
We booked through bookings.org and paid 100 euro/night, which I think was a very good deal - I would certainly stay here again for that price.

"Perfect! :)"
The hotel is brand new and the staff is trained well. Big rooms with robes and free minibar. If you want something, the hotel easily gets it for you. Breakfast was fine. One thing though, when you shower the water runs everywhere BUT in the tub... Have towels ready!
Excellent hotel!
